My Knitpax Story I've been knitting ever since I can remember. Actually I can't remember a time when I wasn't knitting! My grandmother taught me when I was 7 years old and I haven't stopped. Ok, so I wasn't knitting from birth to 6 yrs old. I've knit everything from socks to baby booties, sweaters to blankets and scarfs to shawls. I've felted and finished hundreds of projects. I've taught friends, family, boyfriends and anyone that wants to learn how to knit. Let's face it, I love to knit!
Besides knitting I've created Knitpax, a fun fashionable accessory bag to carry all your knitting tools in. My knitpax are so fun and pretty you'll want to have more than one!
My Knitpax are 9 inches long and stand 5 inches tall. I make one-of-kind or few of a kind so you'll always have your own special purse.
There are great places to knit in Portland Oregon. Some of my favorite places are the Yarn Garden, Mables Knittery and Cafe, Lint and Close Knit on Alberta St.
